In more recent years, Vincent has developed a notable reputation in the restructuring and insolvency field of practice having acted for and against many insolvency practitioners and firms and having participated and devised many insolvency restructuring solutions. His skills and abilities in understanding the commercial and legal landscape and to find and develop a solution for unique problems has seen him becoming increasingly involved in similar matters including the high profile corporate collapses of the AXF Group, i-Prosperity Group and Ollie Capital and the external administration of the famous Golden Century Seafood Restaurant.
Vincent is also well known for his superior analytical skills, and creative and investigatory thinking which renders him extremely suitable for matters involving corporate and commercial disputes, especially those involving dishonest or fraudulent behaviour.

Sunny Auyeung is the founding partner of Auyeung Hencent & Day Lawyers where it emerged from the merger of Auyeung Lawyers and Hencent & Day Lawyers in 2011.
Sunny has more than 25 years of experience in the legal industry, focusing on property transactions and development. He is currently practising in New South Wales and has previously practised in Hong Kong. Jackie Zheng

Jackie Zheng joined the Firm in 2020 and has been working in the Property Team since then. Ms. Zheng mainly works as a Vendor’s solicitor representing our Developer clients. She also takes on some Lease related work on the side.
Apart from holding a Juris Doctor Degree from UTS, Ms. Zheng also holds a Master of Interpreting and Translation Degree from Macquarie University. Before she became a solicitor, she worked as an administration assistant for a non-profit government organisation for 8.5 years. She is easy to connect with and good at developing strong and meaningful relationships with her clients and always efficient and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for them.
Ms Zheng speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.
Serena Wang

Serena practices in commercial litigation, commercial law, wills and estates, building and construction, professional negligence and planning and environment law.
Serena has a special interest in civil litigation and dispute resolution and has acted in a number of disputes and litigations. She has experience advising on a broad range of general commercial issues and disputes, including commercial/contractual disputes, misleading or deceptive conduct claims, professional negligence claims, building and construction disputes, and cases involving questions of breach of directors’ duty.
She is also a litigator with practice in the NSW Land and Environment Court. Her expertise includes advising on class 1 application, contaminated land, traffic, and heritage issues.
Katherine Zhang

Katherine has extensive experience in the real estate practice, she specialises in the acquisition and disposal of properties, including acting for developers in large scale residential off-the-plan projects.
She also advises clients on real estate disputes, construction loans and options.
She obtained her law degree from the University of New South Wales.
Simon Li

Simon joined AHD Lawyers in 2018 and practices in the commercial team with a particular focus in commercial and civil Litigation. He works on a broad spectrum of litigated matters, including corporate disputes, contractual disputes, oppression proceedings, claims arising out of the breach of the Consumer Law, Corporations Act, commercial leasing disputes, insolvency related matters, and general commercial litigation. Simon has extensive experience conducting litigation in all NSW courts and federal courts and prides himself on being able to deliver the best outcomes to clients.
In addition to his Bachelor of Law, Simon holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in finance. He was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2018.
